Most people find the competency part of the application form most difficult to complete. Below are some of the common reasons that applicants are unsuccessful at this stage in the process:
- Some candidates do not read the questions or answer the question fully. Make sure that you read the question, choose an example that answers the question and follow the prompts.
- Some candidates tend to answer the questions in general terms instead of focusing on what they did or said. You must be very specific in detailing exactly what you did in order to score well.
