Humberside Police offer very good working conditions such as Flexible working which in today’s world of working parents can be a huge incentive.

Please give details of any work based project, achievement or challenge that you are particularly proud of.

I was part of the initial set up to introduce National Police SEARCH Assessment Centres to Humberside Police and was very proud of the way they have been implemented by our staff. I have also completed a Cadet Scheme monitoring project which I am proud of as the facts and figures it has produced have already been used by the Branch Manager.
